Marseille have continued their dominance in Ligue 1 with a 2-0 win over Toulouse at Stade Vélodrome on Sunday. The victory sees them move back into third place in the table, just two points behind leaders Paris Saint-Germain.
The match was dominated by Marseille, who created numerous opportunities for themselves but were unable to find the back of the net until the second half. However, when they finally did, it proved to be enough to secure all three points.
Guendouzi, who has been in excellent form this season, scored the first goal of the game in the 65th minute. He capitalized on a mistake from Toulouse goalkeeper Mathieu Gardin, and finished off a quick breakaway to give Marseille the lead.
Undav, meanwhile, added to the scoreline in the 77th minute with a well-taken finish. His shot found the top corner of the net, giving Marseille a comfortable 2-0 lead that they would not relinquish.
The win is another important step forward for Marseille, who have now won four out of five games since the start of the new year. They will hope to continue their winning ways against Lyon next weekend, before facing PSG again later in the month.
