Ligue 1 giants Lyon have signed Lamine Gassama from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund in a deal worth €40 million.
The Senegalese forward, who has made more than 150 appearances for the German club, joins the French champions after impressing during a loan spell at AS Monaco last season.
Gassama is expected to strengthen Lyon's attacking options and provide cover for the likes of Memphis Depay and Ante Rebic, who have been linked with moves away from the club this summer.
The 28-year-old has scored 27 goals and provided 16 assists in 95 appearances for Dortmund since joining from Paris Saint-Germain in 2016.
He will join up with his new team-mates ahead of the start of the 2021-22 campaign, which begins on August 12th.
